1,How to order?

2,How about the payment?

1)Payment term: 100% payment before shipment or 30% payment as down payment. 

2)Payment methods: T/T(Telegraphic Transfer transfer to our official bank account). Paypal for parts and consumables or down payment below USD500 only. 

3,How about delivery?

Three main ways: 

1) Air forwarding to your appointed nearest air port. (Port to Port services)Suitable to all of our products. Consignee needs to take the goods to their own address from the ports.Lead time is normally 3-7working days after departure. Up to different airports' locations. 

2) Sea forwarding to your appointed nearest sea port. (Port to Port services)Suitable to all of our products. Consignee needs to take the goods to their own address from the ports. 

3) Express shipment door to door services. (Door to door services)Suitable for small size and light weight models. Main partners: DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX express. Consignee have the goods directly from our factory to their location.

Notice: All of the ordered goods will be tested by our professional technicians before the shipment. Testing process will be videoed and pictures or web camera if you want to see on live.

4,How about the warranty?

Two year of warranty for whole machine.

5,About the services?

Online training and guidance. 24*365 hours

6,Any extra cost for import?

Yes. You will need to pay VAT,different countries have different rates for this type of machine. You can check with your local customs by H.S.CODE: 8456100090

7,Samples request?

We have most of the hot applications samples on stock. If you need our ready samples with our own artwork ,we will send the goods directly to you on your own shipment cost. 

If you have your own artwork and materials to test , please send the materials with your artwork(in the CD) to us.
